Midlands Air Festival, 2026
We were delighted to be exhibiting at the Midlands Air Festival again this year (Ragley Hall, Alcester, 29-31 May). It was great talking to fellow flyers and festival visitors about gliding and what our club has to offer both glider and powered aircraft pilots. We had a great deal of interest from festival-goers in our trial flight experiences with hundreds entering our raffle to win a flight experience, and we also signed up some new members and participants in our Women’s Gliding Weekend which will be held in August. While back at the club we were supporting display pilots and teams by providing fuel as well as refreshments in our Wings & Wheels Café.
